Individuals with a felony conviction or specific misdemeanor charges are ineligible to become agents. There is also a one-time fee of $30, which is subject to change at the platform’s discretion.

As an Independent Contractor, you are also responsible for any operating fees such as landline phone, internet service, and equipment required to service. There is a servicing fee of $55 deducted per pay for technical, tools/resources and $19.75 Platform Usage Fee. If the Agent does not earn enough to cover the usage fee, the amount owed will be deducted from the following invoice.

The pay rate depends on the client you choose to work with, and current agents earn a base rate of $10.00 to $15.00 per hour. Your earning potential is unlimited—you decide how many hours to work, and the more hours you put in, the more you can earn.

No, taxes are not automatically deducted from your bi-weekly pay. As an independent contractor, you will receive a 1099 form instead of a standard W-2 for tax purposes at the end of the year.
